PLUG Logo Update!

i think i may have been mistaken when i made this comment. i was under the 
impression that Gimp being a PhotoShop clone could handle vector images. but 
if the Gimp is a true PhotoShop clone, then it will not handle vector images 
properly. PhotoShop is a Raster Imaging Tool, and cannot save to a vector 
image. so i think may response was incorrect, please forgive me.
