In what area are you in?  I am located near 35th Avenue and Thunderbird.  I 
have about eight non rack mount servers but I also have two rack mount 
servers in the same room.  We are small and very personal with service and 
size.  Pricing starts at $200 depending on what you need in 
bandwidth/security or other services.
