[PLUG-announce]February Westside meeting date/location

The next meeting at GCC will be Tuesday, Feb 26.  It's currently set for
the "small conference room" -- the same one we used last time, just down
the walkway from the Teleconference room.  The regular room will be
getting a makeover (paint & carpet) that week.

I've verified that all of the 2002 meetings are set for the FOURTH (4th)
TUESDAY of each month.  Really.

The web page currently has an incorrect date -- 4th Tuesday is the real
deal.
