If your USB card has 2 or more connectors you should be able to just plug it
in.  If not you'll need to get a USB hub unless you have both PS2 mouse and
keyboard connectors.  I think.

I want to install this puppy on a W98 box .  The receiver comes with a USB
and a PS/2 connector (yes, I put a USB card in for the scanner on this box).
Does anyone know how to connect the receiver to the box?
