DHCPCD Problems with Cox's new network

I can second that.  Installing the caching-nameserver package was
something I did for the heck of it under @Home.  Under Cox, it's been a
life saver.  (And so has a quickly uncommentable static IP config in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0.)
