I think $300 was embroidery setup and $40/polo.  That thread has got
to be a lot more pita than a 'simple' silk screen.  That cost doesn't
seem excessive to me in corporate logo land for small runs.  Now if we
were slappin' IBM on 3k shirts, that'd be a different horse.
