Setup Help needed - SSL, Mail Server

I am now calling for help.

I am current developing a new website and backend for the company I 
work at and will be rolling out soon.  The server is a nice new dual 
xeon Dell server running Red hat 7.2.  The server is setup for apache 
and mysql but I need some serious help getting SSL and any email server 
setup (sendmail, postfix, qmail).  I am trying to learn sendmail write 
now but have not made much headway in the book I have, do to time 
restraints of a busy life.  

I am hoping someone is willing to help me out.  I am open to all types 
of help whether it is free help or if some sort of I compen$ation is 
needed.
