Lee's Press Release

For Press Releases I have an XML dtd so to speak with XSLT style sheets
to convert it from XML to raw text and html and such.  The PDF looks
good but its not easy to 'collaborate' in a format that is unfriendly
for such purposes.

Let me know if you are interested in it for future things and I will dig
it out.
