more SMUG mtg info

I don't want to upset our South Mountain bretheren, Ahwatukee was annexed to
Phoenix sometime in the past and is technically South Phoenix or somesuch.
I have a friend who gets off on pissing off Ahwatukeeans as they usually
insist that they do not live in phoenix.  They do.
