OpenBSD -> Access Point

In most cases, you' wind up installing a pcmcia slot adapter into one of
your PCI slots. Some cards, lucent especially, have a pop-out plastic
plug on the end that allows you to plug in a 4-8db gain external antenna.
For indoor use within 100 feet or so, this is usually fine. The antennae
are available commercially, which might be your only option (the antennae,
that is), because I'm not sure how 'standard' the connector is.

If you already have an AP, some enterprising folks shoehorned a linux
2.4.17 kernel into the firmware on their dedicated access points (Like my
USR 2450 sitting here). More info on this at:
