Craig - I would look at the "bge" driver set. I think it will support your
GA302T. If you still can't get it going, try trading the card.

The GA302 'networking guts' are on the single Broadcom chip of your card.
The card does 10/100 in the same chip, this helps to keep cost down. I doubt
you'll be able to get the 100Mbps going and not have the 1000Mbps portion
working too.

Here's other NICs supported by the bge driver:
     * 3Com 3c996-SX, 3c996-T
     * SysKonnect SK-9D21 and 9D41

A google search found at least 1 other guy trying to install this NIC, with
limited success. Maybe you can email him:
