M$ wants Texas DOCJ to pay, again

The article mentions that's what the City of Austin signed on for. This
case, according to the undated article, hasn't gotten to that point.
Hopefully it won't.

It's pretty BS that they paid more than normal to guarantee m$ a monopoly on
their business.
