Moving to Phoenix

Qwest [only] Choice On-Line VDSL in Anthem.  This is the ONLY DSL
service available here.  Big black HOS box that sits on top of the 
TV the size of a small computer, which has been replaced three 
times in the last 11 months.  Yeah, VDSL.

I can use any mail server also - that's port 110.  They won't
allow you to run a mail server - port 25 - or a web server.

My first clue about the port blocking was during the Code Red 
discussions we were having last summer - I didn't get a single hit.  
Someone on the list port scanned me and I looked in the logs - no 
port 80 at all.  Last November, I asked qwest.net tech support and 
they confirmed that port 25 and 80 were blocked.
