Power outage and uptime

Damn, I need to get a UPS for my poor little DEC Alpha multias.  One of them was
at an uptime of 213 days with a load average of 1.06 .86 .90 when last I looked
and then went downstairs to watch a movie and the whole house goes dark.  It all
comes back up in about two minutes (long enough for me to find a flashlight and
look around :) ) and then I get the joy of trying to remember how to boot the
poor things.  I found a site that gave me the basic syntax so I figured it out
again.

Heh, just goes to show how much a skill can atrophy from lack of use.  Last time
power went out one of the multias was nearing 400 days uptime.  Oh well, it's
booted and working again so back to my movie.
