way to track visitors to Rasmus Lerdorf's on-line resume.  It also colud
embed SQL quires in web pages.  But as often happens on the web, admirers
quickly ask for their own copies.  Being a proponent of the internet's ethic
of sharing, not to mention being a generally agreeable guy, Rasmus unleashed
Personal Home Page Tools version 1.0 upon an unsuspecting web.
