firewall update

I was looking for the latest HOWTO, but could not find one for the 2.4
kernal. Thanks for pointing me to it Jeff.
I was able to get mine working yesterday. I think the linux NAT actually
works better than the WIN 98 was, I am getting much better ping times on my
computer.
