I have a abit k7 motherboard with 750 t-bird and 1 20G quantum drive
I am getting the following errors

May 16 20:35:45 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady
SeekComplete Error }
May 16 20:35:45 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x84 { DriveStatusError
BadCRC }
May 16 20:35:50 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady
SeekComplete Error }
May 16 20:35:50 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x84 { DriveStatusError
BadCRC }
May 16 20:36:00 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady
SeekComplete Error }
May 16 20:36:00 maddog kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x84 { DriveStatusError
BadCRC }

I use hdparm to turn DMA off and the errors go away, as does some of the
drives performance.

I checked the abit site but didn't find any mention of this type of error, I
also checked the quantum/maxtor site too , but did not find anything.
Any one run into this problem?
