Not sure.  In the Windows world, the Delphi compiler is layered on top
of the Borland C++ compiler, and the IDEs (for Both C++ Builder and
Delphi) are based on a common Object Pascal code base.  In theory, if
they've done things similarly with the Linux port, a C++ Builder for
Linux shouldn't be too far off.
