Final Voting process NPO name

Nope Brian - you are not wrong.  The only issue is just how PLUG would 
handle the money that came to it - from any source.  We do not have any 
formal organization, any officers, etc.  That pretty much religates PLUG 
to doing whatever it can without outside assistance.

Now when the NPO is up and running, PLUG can be the primary sponsor of an 
event under the auspices of the NPO and should be able to expect the NPO 
to use funds donated for that event to make it successful.  So, I guess 
this is kind of a way for PLUG to do events without formalizing the 
organization.  But the NPO has a lot of other inherent benefits for 
individuals, companies, and user groups.
