IRC Server

Before setting up an irc server, I would strongly suggest using 
something like Open Projects for IRC server.

I think this is a WONDERFUL idea.  Personally, its the number way I 
currently learn, since I dont work in direct contact with other 
GNU\Linux users.  Often times even a well attended to mailing list can 
be too slow, when you are having issues or questions. :)
