Why don't you guys call them up the marketing people with a recorder running
(make sure that it is running) and then ask the questions again.
If they try to sell you the same crap again then you have that on tape
and demand what they have promissed or sue them for misleading
advertisement.

Yea they screwed me over in Washington last year. I was like eat a D^%&K
qwest.
they dont know what dynamic and static means so they act like they do. Kinda
like those foools at fryes electronics that dont know shit but try to sell
you it anyway.
