Redhat choosing Ext3fs for RH7.2

I grabbed Andrea's patch for the kernel on kernel.org and patched it
before the stock kernel would see it..  
Also, turn on code maturity levels.  I have no clue about anything red
hat, except to stay far away, so you're on your own with that!
