Looking for report generator generator

Back when I used to do report generating, I swore by Sybase PowerBuilder.
They have a smaller tool called PowerDesigner(I think), which gives you the
awesome power of their DataWindow, without the huge programming bulk of
PowerBuilder. Check into it; it's awesome!
