Presidential Candidates (was: code red and MS's liability)

Alphabetical.  Bill Gates isn't a proper name.  Fully spelled out, it's
Bill, Guardian of the Gates of Hell.  Thus Bill Gates before Cthulhu. 
(And I think this will be my last response on the subject.  The natives
are getting restless that we stay on topic.)
