Unofficially, yes.  I saw some benchmarks with KDE compiled with the
Borland C++ compiler.  However, it's never been released to the
general public.  Dunno why.

If you are just looking for a non-g++ C++ compiler for Linux, check
out Kai C++.  I've heard only good things about it.

Borland is Borland again, btw.  They tried "Inprise" for awhile but
nobody remembered the name so they switched back.
