If ntp/rdate/etc don't meet your needs, there are GPS Clock units that are
very accurate. I found a relatively cheap one at
http://www.gpsclock.com/specs.html. It is $380. According to info on their
page it is accuarate to 1 millisecond, where ntp is only accurate to about
50 milliseconds. So, if you need accuracy this is the way to go.
