RH 7.1 released

Except for me, most start clearing out a 5:00 PM after that would be fine.
We start a 7:00 AM, but again thats a couple of us, if all would try to
clean up by 8:30 AM. So Far 36 images have gone out, I actually expected
to be flooded more than that, it's a T1 line, so speed should be OK.
