redhat tries apt-get

That's not added value. Charging for it is taking value back.

It will be some time before they match the capabilities or smoothness of
apt. Charging for their "services" will leave them behind apt even when
they can match it.

Minimally, they need to make security fixes freely available and easy to
install. If they don't do that, they're ripping off people using RedHat.
