exim and the accursed Sender: field

most of us are familiar with the Sender: problem from Netscape. Well, exim
follows in the Mozzilian footsteps :(.

If you play with roles like I do, then you need to add your account as a
trusted user in the exim.conf.

trusted_users = mail:lufthans

Colon separated entries in the exim.conf.

This gets exim to either leave out the Sender: field or base it on From:,
which is what I need it to be.
