DSL Providers

I have been very pleased with my experience with Phoenix Networks and
Northpoint. My beef with them is that they recently dropped ALL binary
newsgroups from their service. I didn't really care about the X-rated
stuff but a lot of other groups dropped off that I do use. According to
them it was not a "censorship" issue but a space and bandwidth issue.

I say either way, either you provide full service or you don't get in the
business or you announce limitations up front.
