I've thought about the UPS thing, but generally they seem to have to be
freaking huge to get a couple of hours out of them :(.

Maybe a propane generator? Hydrogen powered would be cool, but I don't
know of any that are available. If one could get a window booth solar
would work for daytime stuff in Phoenix :).

Using copper and zinc plates it is possible to get juice from citrus
fruit. Most I've ever seen is stuff to power a low watt bulb in a
lamp. Anyone know more about this type of thing? Maybe PLUG into a half a
dozen grapefruit and power the booth?

Gasoline based wouldn't work due to noise and exhaust.
