quitting smoking (was RE: BSA ads)

totally off topic here, but there is some software posted on freshmeat right
now for those quitting smoking, called JavaSmokingMeter 1.0 :). I'm sure it
could also be applied to those quitting other addictions as well :)

Having just quit smoking Sept 1, I know how tough it can be to quit an
addiction. I suppose I need to turn my sights toward M$ software next. No
wonder why I keep eating!
