mysql web integration

Check if you did your mysql install correctly.. (or if it was started)

It's finding the DBI module (good).. But it's not finding the program that
the DBI module is written for (bad)

I was getting somewhat of a similar error when I _attempted_ to install GD
along with the GD perl module..
