Is it just me, or did lookOut (tm) destructively modify the message I
sent: 

\_ > using 2.0.6, I issue: [...]
\_ >
\_ > smbmount  file://ntserver/bob /mnt/bob -o
\_ username=ntlogon,workgroup=ntdomain,rw

I didn't type the 'file:' part of 'file://ntserver'.  Gotta love that.

I suppose if I type:

//myserver_ip/share/dir/file.exe will probably claim to make it
executable to boot!  If that's a 'guest'ed share, then auth wouldn't
be required and poof....

Oh, wait, .exe is for old school virus programs.  Try

//myserver_ip/share/dir/file.vbs

nevermind...
