Do you have the user list setup on the Mac for the sharing properties on the
printer? At work, I was running back and forth between Macs one day figuring
out why I couldn't Chooser the CD-ROM on one system...although I had file
sharing on, and had the drive shared, I still couldn't Chooser it because I
had to add the user/passwords that are allowed to use the device.
