HOW MUCH DOES THE DSL HARDWARE COST?

The hardware is supplied by USWest or whatever company is installing the DSL
line.  Every few months they have a deal for free installation, but the will be
with the Cisco DSL 605 INTERNAL router that does not work in Linux.  For $50
(the difference in price for the Internal to External) you can get the Cisco DSL
675 router.  I believe they also supply the NIC card in this case, most likely
the 3Com 905B IIRC.
