Apache broke SWAT

I was wrong. After looking at the ports, thanks for the help everyone, I =
found that nothing else other than SWAT was listening to the port. So I =
went back and I looked closer to the message I was getting and here is =
it:

Network error occurred while Netscape was receiving data. (Network =
error: Connection reset by peer) Try connecting again.

What is the problem?
