The .src file is the Source RPM.  It installs the source code (and can 
compile it automatically) as opposed to the binary.  Unless you want
to apply patches to the standard source, you should probably get the
binary.  The .i386 signifies that the binary is for x86 architectures
only, so if you run an Alpha/Sparc/etc, you need the .src.
