Need RedHat CD

I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I don't have a CD of a modern
linux. I have Red Hat 6.2 only because I downloaded it over the internet
using an ftp client. I then copied it onto another hard drive and installed
that into a second machine, the machine I wish to install as a linux server.
Finally, having failed to get this to work, I then questioned which
directories are necessary for this kind of install.

Earlier, before I copied the "base" and "rpms" directories to that extra
hard drive I had here, I tried setting up an intranet using NFS to install
onto the second machine from the hard drive on the first. I didn't have any
success. It was then that I copied the directories rpms and base to that
other hdd. and with that failing, decided I need a cd-rom with RH 6.2. if I
wanted to ever get this done.

If the CD doesn't boot, just make an install floppy from the images on the
CD.
Or did you mean that the image was corrupt and the CD didn't work at all.
