I have noticed two errors when installing two new packages. An error =
will occur like
'error getting record /bin/sh from file://var/lib/rpm/requiredby.rpm'. =
When I try to cancel it, it seems to cancel, but then I get a duplicate =
entry, in this case Glide_V3-2.60.15-3mdk.i586.rpm and =
Glide_V3-2.60.15-4mdk.i586.rpm are both installed and I haven't been =
able to uninstall either of them. When I use the command line to =
uninstall the response is that the package is not installed, if I use =
kpackage, the message is '"Glide_V3" specifies multiple packages'.

I am using Mandrake v7.1 on a K6II-450, 128M RAM, Voodoo3 2000.

How do I uninstall both packages and start over?

Thanks for any assistance,
Donn
