Eh?  From your RedHat 6.1 CD, or grab the .rpm from

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-6.1/i386/RedHat/RPMS/make-3.77-6.i386.rpm

and simply do

rpm --install make-3.77-6.i386.rpm
