I have a question about good ol' spam. We had this spammer come in and =
decimate our NT mail server (dont worry I am setting up Qmail on redhat =
as I type). Anyway we know who he is and where he lives (California). =
Now I was wondering how we go about prosecuting this guy. I know that =
California has anti-spam laws I am just not sure if I contect =
authorities and they follow up, or does our company have to lead the =
attack? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance.
