I am not sure exactly, but I know that
the law makes the shrink wraps
excluded from liability and other
software not.

Another thing is the manufacturer of the
software may ban anyone from
comparing the product and expressing
opinions about it.

So if you say the WinBlows is buggy
they can take you to court for that.
