DSL reccomendations? anyone using PSN?

I had been using Inficad (www.inficad.com) for the ISP end (USWest/Qwest for
the line), for about 9 months, but then moved over to FastQ (www.fastq.com)
about 2 weeks ago.
There are rumors that FastQ filters out ICMP, but I'm not sure on the specs
on that. Our IDS at work can still ping the other systems on FastQ dsl just
fine.
I told USWest about the changeover about a week ahead of time, and I got all
my info from FastQ a few hours after the actual switch had been completed.
