The building in question is actually south east of the green arrow
marker.  It is the mostly square building directly south of the traffic
circle in the road.

Topic: GPLv3 and The Developer

Dennis Kibbe, our local "un-official" FSF representative, will lead a
presentation and discussion the new GPLv3.  How does it effect the code
and tools you use?  How does it effect your work as a developer?
