I had expected that your [Joseph Sinclair's] criteria would simply be size or 
amount of "event work", but your results do not seem consistent with my 
initial one-dimensional model.

So here is a five-dimensional model.  Items 1-4 are binary.  It is suggested 
that item #5 use a 5 point scale.

1. Self (PLUG/AZOTO will be the consumer)

2. Known (someone in the working group has a contact with the consumer.  
Perhaps should be replaced with likelyhood of participation.)

3. Charitable (the consumer benefits the public in some way.)

4. Nonpolitical (if #3 then the consumer should not be politically divisive.)

5. Large (larger is better.)


In light of my earlier post about a conversation with an arena employee we 
might want to add a 6th dimension of centrality, intensity, or salience.  For 
example, a promoter would rate above an arena in terms of intensity.
