Also make sure your chipset will carry over the 64 bit instructions. I have run into a  few that even with a 64 bit cpu they didn't carry it through.

Which is a 64-bit instruction set. So it should be good. Regardless, if this was not a 64-bit cpu wouldn't pae address that? Or does that require 64-bit instructions also? I thought pae was specifically for that type of scenario?
