I use both Private Internet Access and VPN Unlimited. I found a coupon online for lifetime accounts with both services for huge discounts (~$50 total cost). They both work on my Ubuntu 14.04 system as well as my Android and iOS tablets and phones. VPN Unlimited has some fast streaming servers in the US for watching Netflix from overseas.
