Google has a Accessibility Scanner for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.accessibility.auditor&hl=en and the home site: https://www.google.com/accessibility/ I have not used it yet, but it looks like a good addition to any deployment pipeline.
